These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bridge-ai.club and related services operated by Serbek Technologies, LLC.

Chat messages you send are visible to other players in your game room and may be stored for moderation purposes. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

All code, content, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Serbek Technologies, LLC.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SERBEK TECHNOLOGIES, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
